Integration between CPN and Epic without connect

Unfortunately GE has developed Connection in the way thy the product is not fit for purpose for Australia (CTG speed is hard coded to 3 cm per minute – we require 1 cm per minute). It is a configurable for the main product.
So we are implementing Epic and need to integrate with CPN bonusy. Can anyone provide us with any clues if integration without Connect is possible ( been implemented elwhere) ? Sadly GE staff was very very unhelpful in this matter.
