GE has recently built an EWS in our CPN documentation. It is built based on documentation of Blood pressure, HR, Respiratory rate, Temperature, LOC and SPO2 (and optional urine output) We do not monitor SPO2 unless the patient is having problems or has an epidural and then it is only during the procedure and 45 minutes after. So this EWS keeps telling us it has missing data and not really helping us much. Is anyone else having this issue and have you found a solution to get it to work without the SPO2 documentation?
