Corrected Documentation in Connect

Wondering what other sites do to handle documentation that has been corrected in Connect. When an entry is made in the Connect strip then saved, it interfaces to the hospital EMR (Meditech in our case). If it’s an incorrect entry and the user selects “Correct”, it strikes out the documentation in the GE system, but doesn’t send a message to the house system that the entry has been corrected. Does anyone know if there is way to send a message across that the entry has been corrected or deleted?
