We need all we can find about integration of CPN Connect with EPIC . I would like to know the hospitals / feedback /integration tips and issues.
Another point we need to confirm is the the speed of the CTG could be configured to 1cm per minute ( NOT 3cm ) . This is critical for Australia (“recommendation of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG guidelines) for fetal monitoring [Recommendation 18 on page 36] applies to the speed of the CTG = 1cm / minute”)
Thank you
We have CPN Connect and EPIC. Do you have specific questions?
I am not sure the answer to your 2nd point about the speed, maybe GE tech support could answer that for you.
Thank you Amy ! GE support was not helpful at all – zero ! The connect modules is not designed fro Australia where we need 1 cm speed ( you can set it to 1/2/3 in core CPN, but in Connect it is 3 and not customisable). We are trying to reach out to GE and ask for the change (without much success).
Not very good for GE reputation in Australia. We now thinking of possibility to integrate EPIC and CPN without connect (as plan B). Not sure if any of the Hospitals in US has done it.
Hi Boris,
Epic and CPN have been integrated within some US hospitals. Your sales rep should be able to put you in touch with sites that can give you a demo. If you have questions or need anything else, let us know.

Thanks Carrie, Unfortunately GE team is not at all helpful ( it is taking them months to get back to us) We are keen to talk to hospitals who has integrated CPN wit EPIC without Connect.
