Do you have questions? We have answers! The forum section is an online discussion where users can hold conversations in the form of posted messages. Want to know how to use the product better, have an issue you need assistance with, or looking for an encounter form? Our users have joined together to be a “help desk”, to share knowledge, forms and reports, allowing you to utilize your product better. There are several topics available on the forum with places to comment and ask questions.

The GE Service Portal is where you will log issues that you are having with your software, get access to Centricity documentation, updates on the latest versions, make enhancement requests, see past webinars and communicate with GE. You can sign up for automatic email updates to keep better informed on what is going on.
Where are other users? What about other specialist groups? The “CPNUG Members” page can help you get in touch with users and specialty groups in your area. Find out if there is a local user group that you can connect with.
